Poster is printed on tractor feed printer paper in dark green ink. "Stop the War" is printed across the poster. A large graphic of a fist appears at center right and appears to be pushing down on the word "War" at bottom left. This is one of the many Vietnam War Protest posters made at the University of California, Berkeley. Many students, faculty and staff members were involved in the production of such posters; they were upset over the United States having entered Cambodia; this was linked to the killing of four student protestors at Kent State University (Kent, Ohio), and the forced four-day weekend closure of the University of California by then Governor Reagan (to "cool things off").
