From the neck down the figure is covered in red lines, circles, and text that resemble a target used for firearms training. At the center of the red circles, on the figures chest,there is a small logo that includes an arrow head and sword. The background of the poster is blue. The lower left corner has the text: "Official Dimensions / 100 Yard Small Bore / People's / Liberation / Army". This is a US-produced variant of a 1971 Cuban poster produced by OSPAAAL. [LMC]
