A yellow circle with yellow, green and red triangles symbolizing the sun surrounds an image of the Earth at center. This sun/Earth appears over a purple rectangle with a decorated green and red border. "Oakland's Earth Day Cleanup & Celebration / Saturday, April 18, 1998, 9:00a.m. to 12:00 noon" printed at top center. Below, text reads "Join fellow Oaklanders for a hands-on Earth Day celebration! Clean it and green it in Oakland's creeks, parks and neighborhoods. Plant trees and native plants, pick up litter and get rid of graffiti. Afterwards, celebrate with food, fun and free T-shirts."
