Poster is printed overall with a reproduction of a painting that strongly resembles the painting by Eugene Delacroix titled "Liberty Leading The People". At right there is a female figure with short hair in a yellow dress, she is stepping up onto a small rock or outcropping holding a rifle in her right hand and raising an American flag over her head with her right. At the feet of the figure in the yellow dress is a figure in red and blue laying on the ground looking up admiringly at the figure in yellow.
