Poster consists of blue, green, yelllow, and pink print on a black background on white paper. Image depicts a woman with braided hair in profile, a television with a "$199.97" price tap, and abstract shapes. In the center is a poem entitled "Human rights should begin at home." Text on either side of the poem is "The culture of terror / eduardo galeano" with a star, cresecent moon and a man's face in the lower left corner below the poem.
