Poster consists of a full color image and red and black print on a beige background on white paper. Image depicts a judge holding a gravel with flames around him and a prison building behind him. Text includes information about the Three Strikes law and "Vote Yes on 66 / End three strikes / for nonviolent offenders / ethnic cleansing / three reichs and you're out...vote yes on 66 Nov. 2, 2004." Small text at bottom provides information on Citizens to Elect Our Public Defender and notes that the print is an art/law collaboration between poster maker Doug Minkler and Attorney Aram James.
