Multi-color poster with printing on both sides. The front side shows an image of Ben Franklin in a green jacket with fur trim holding a hand rolled cigarette. Franklin appears in the foreground with his head and shoulders visible. Additional American presidents as well as a bear in overalls and a man with a feather in his hat are shown smoking in the background. The smoke rises and combines to form a large cloud above their heads. Banners on top of the cloud surround a turkey with an American flag patterned shield at top center with 1975 and a hemp leaf on the front. Text on the banners reads, "Sixth Annual Fourth of July / Smoke-In / At the Ellipse / Washington, D.C." A graphic of a bear with three eyes and "Mother Love Tribe" is visible at top left and "Yippie! / Youth International Party" appears at top right. A rectangular border on the bottom of the page contains the text, "Bring smoke, music & friends / HIGH NOON at the Ellipse (Between the Washington Monument & White House)."
