The upper two thirds of the poster are printed with a black and white photograph of a large crowd of mostly men in dark colored suits and jackets. In the background there is a row of low buildings, several leafless trees, and two men that are sticking up out of the crowd apparently standing on some sort of platform that cannot be seen, there is a third raised figure in the foreground at right, all three appear to be addressing the crowd. The bottom of the poster has a white background with text in black: "Everyone Has The Right / To Freedom Of Expression And Opinion / In all countries, in all cultures, persons throughout history have / stood up for the right to hold opinions and to speak them without / restraint. The Declaration honours this basic concept of free men / everywhere, detailing your rights to freedom of thought, of / information, of assembly.", and in the lower right corner: "6".
