Verso has the Bill of Rights typed out and notes at the bottom that it is, "A souvenir of the national tour of the Freedom Train-1948. Presented as a public service by Standard Oil Company of California."

Facsimile of the bill of rights with 12 articles. At the bottom are the signatures of Frederick Augustus Muhlenberg, Speaker of the House of Representatives and John Adams, Vice President of the United States and President of the Senate. It is attested by John Bickley and Sam A. Otis in the bottom left corner. At the top the poster reads, "Bill of Rights/ Congress of the United States, begun and held at the City of New York on Wednesday the fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine." Bottom center has an image of the signing of the Bill of Rights with several men in attendance.
