Poster has text and images bounded by a border of two thin lines one is red at top and changes to blue at bottom the other is blue at top and green at bottom. At top the border has small semicircular extension; this area has three small drawings of Rich "Uncle" Pennybags the mascot of the popular board game Monopoly. The poster is printed overall with a grid defined by thin grey-green lines, some of the squares and areas of the grid are colored tan. The upper right corner has a stylized image of a male figure wearing only his underpants holding a large rifle with a bayonet while walking, in brown.
