Poster consists of black print and a full color image on white paper. Image depicts a map of North, Central and South America, the Caribbean islands and oceans. To the right of the land mass are side profile silhouette of an American Indian with a full color feather headdress, a Spanish Conquistador with helmet, and a man. On North America is a small image of a bear with two bear cubs and the text "Salud es Poder." Text on poster includes a list of events from May 4-May 8 and "5 De Mayo UCSF / Festival "Quincentenario" 1492-1992."
