Poster has an orange background with a large red tree in the upper portion. Under the tree are several white outlined figures of men brandishing spears as they walk towards the right. The poster reads in white lettering from top to bottom, "The tree of liberation is rooted deep within the people and grows ever stronger/ Celebrate With Cambodia/ Their victory is ours."

Few posters identified by the WUO are known to exist; this one is likely from the S.F. Bay Area, in response to the expansion of the Vietnam War into Cambodia
