Multi-color poster on white paper has an unprinted outer border and a single line black inner border. A portrait of a man in camouflage uniform and a cowboy hat fills the page. The man appears in three-quarter profile against a blue background from the chest up. He carries a rifle in his hand and a white bird holding a yellow flower in its beak perches on his shoulder. White text at top reads, "Nicaragua Victoriosa...." Smaller text just below a horizontal line reads, "Ni se Vende, Ni se Rinde." Yellow text at lower left reads, "Victorious / Nicaragua... / will never sell out / or surrender. A red horizontal band near the bottom of the page is printed with, "XII Festival Munidal de la Juventud y los Estudiantes!!!"
