Multi-color poster on white paper commemorates El Grito de Lares, the first major revolt against Spanish rule in Puerto Rico. A green, orange, and blue rifle appears diagonally on the page above center. A Revolutionary flag of Lares (blue at top and red at bottom divided by a white cross with a red star at upper left) appears behind the rifle at center left. "Ca[r]a" is printed in blue and yellow at top left, "[Pr-eto]" is printed at bottom left in blue, and "Lares" is printed in orange and red at lower right.
