On the machine gun in the illustration, "Barnes 85 (c)" is written. In small, black type at the bottom of the poster is "The Boston Poster Collective Box 663 Dorchester, Mass. 02125 Uphams Corner". Verso bottom center has red stamp of "National Resistance Committee / P.O. Box 42488 / San Francisco, CA 94142".





This is a black and white photocopied poster. An illustration in the upper half depicts a soldier from the waist up, holding a gun in his left hand. "RONBO" is written on his right lapel. He wears a shirt and tie beneath a military jacket and a lock and chain around his left shoulder. He also wears sunglasses with the flag of the Soviet Union in each lens. There is a black border with occasional squiggles around this illustration, which takes up the top half of the poster. Below, very large type reads "War" with smaller type below continuing "is the real / enemy."
