Poster consists of black print on a full color image with a green border on white paper. Image depicts 6 soldiers with full gear (backpacks, guns, helmets) walking in a spaced out line. Top half of poster has four quotes from military generals; General Douglas MacArthur, General Earle G. Wheeler, General Matthew Ridgway, and General George S. Patton, Jr., that reLate to one of four words Commitment, Competence, Candor and Courage.
