The right side of the poster is an illustration of a spray can extension rod and along the bottom edge are illustrations from a do-it-yourself graffiti guide. Text includes a selection from the Spring Catalogue 1981 "The Writing's On the Billboard Do-It-Yourself Graffiti Guide" and a description of B.U.G.A. U.P. (Billboard-Utilising Graffitists Against Unhealthy Promotions) Australia an organization against Tobacco/cigarette advertising who "cleverly revised advertising slogans and disrupted Tobacco sponsored events." In the bottom right corner is "Celebrate People's History!"
