In the ocean is a shark with the text "The Great Predatory Landlord (Tenantivus Sempergouges) on it with money falling around it. Swimming on the surface of the ocean is a human figure with money falling out of his pocket and "Berkeley Tenant" on his shirt. Text on poster reads "We NEED Rent Control LAWS / Vote April 19th / Yes on B & F!"
