Poster consists of blue, red, yellow, black and purple print on white paper. There is a ribbon/banner like border of red stars around the poster. In the four corners are oval portraits of Haldeman, Erlichman, Stans, and Mitchell. In the middle of the four sides of the border is an Eagle holding a pail of paint in one talon and a paintbrush in the other, a reel to reel tape recorder, an elephant with black eyes, an ice pack, and holding a white flag in its trunk, and a suitcase of money. In the center is an image of President Nixon behind bars with positive and negative graffiti on it with the constitution at its base with a hand lighting a copy of the constitution on fire. The text reads "no Whitewash In the Whitehouse" at the top border, "Re Elect" is crossed out with "Impeach" written above it so the top reads "Impeach the President" and the bottom of the image has "The Constitution of the United States Article 1, Section 3" rules about impeachment reprinted.
