Poster printed in blue and black ink on white paper and contains four rows of images that transition from pictures of bombs at top to pictures of human figures at bottom. Each row contains seven repetitions of the same image, and the colors of each row from top down move from black, gray, light blue, to blue. Text above and below the graphic reads: "?La Carrera Armamentista, / O La Raza Humana?" Smaller text in Spanish is printed below.
