The right area of the image has a red circle logo with "WIN" and white stars. Carlos Cortez (1923-2005) was a prolific activist Chicago Chicano printmaker and cartoonist. He was a member of the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW, also known as the Wobblies). He went to prison during WWII rather than fight other workers. [LMC]
