Poster is printed on white paper. Poster is an advertisement for a concert and film festival. Poster has a multi-colored background in pinks and oranges. In the center of the poster is a blue sheild-shape with a balck and white image of a young man holding a gun. At the top of the poster is black and multi-colored text that reads: "A Night In Spirit With The / Medicine Creek Treaty Nations / with / Quciksilver". Below the image is additional black and multi-colored text that reads: "Hot Tuna Lizard / April 11 / Indian Films Speakers / Pepperland, San Rafael 3.50 at the door". On the back on the poster are two black and white photographs, one of an Indian man fishing and one of police/military men holding guns. There are two blocks of black text explaining how the Medicine Creek Treay Indian Nations needs the right to fish and asks people to write letters to political leaders about this issue.
