Below is a block of black text with a prayer to the "Creator". the text reads: "Now we give thanks to the Creator / Now smoke rises. It lifts our words to him. / We give thanks to our Mother Earth, from whose breast all things grow. / For vegatation upon which we exist, for bushes, trees, flowers and grasses; / For the Three Sisters, Corn, Beans, Squashes, our sustainers of life. / We thank Sakoiatison for our leaders, our Chiefs, the advisors of our people; / For the officers of our nation whose duties are to supervise various ceremonies / and functions. / We give thanks for the rivers, lakes, springs and all the waters of the earth; / For herbs and roots of all kinds that serve for medicinal purposes; / For the vine bearing fruit, the strawberry; for fruit --bearing trees, and the / Maple that produces sweetened water, and for all other trees. . . ." and continues to thank all other natural things. At the bottom right corner is a collage of images, including: corn, muscial instruments, birds, the sun, a feathered hat, a man in a canoe, a woman and people working in the fields.
