Multi-color poster on white paper shows a reproduction of a painting by Stephen Mopope at center. The image shows a row of North American Indians standing around a group of four people playing a drum. Small text below the image at left reads: "Virtually every tribe in the North American area preforms the round dance in one form or another. It is basically performed as a social dance in which both women and men participle. It is considered one of the oldest American Indian dances and is unique in that it is one of the few dances in which the woman's role is as important as the man's. Indeed, it may have originated as a woman's dance."
