This is an X-Acto knife with a plastic anti-roll attachment used by artist Carmen Lomas Garza for paper cutting. The knife consists of a blade mounted on a pen-like aluminum body with a knurled collar for grip which looses and tightens to attach the blades. A 2.125" section of blue painters tape is wrapped around the body. The anti-roll attachment is a small piece of triangular red plastic with a cylindrical opening centered between the three points. The blade of the knife is stuck into the plastic through one side so that the blade is visible through the cylindrical opening.
