This khaki colored "Gentleman's Ticket" for January 1890 was issued to Herbert Daniel Wise, for use on the ferry system on San Francisco Bay. There are only a few days for which the ticket was not punched.

Herbert Daniel Wise was the father of Herbert Scott Wise (artifacts 1-7 in this collection relate to Herbert S. Wise). The collection was given to the museum by their great granddaughter and granddaughter.
