This is a staple bound artist zine from Barry McGee's studio. The bright reddish-orange cover shows a black ink graphic of a face in profile with the title "D. F. W." printed below. The contents show photocopies of photographs and drawings by the artist.

Per Joy Tahan, the artist stamped this book with an Oakland Museum Art Dept. rubber stamp when he delivered the objects to the museum.
