Three (3) butterflies in a Riker Mount which is a thin, glass-topped, cotton-filled exhibition case.   The following description is from top to bottom. The first butterfly is a female with irregular lighter submarginal band with broad darker margins. The male is below and is slightly less orange with a narrower marginal band. The apex of the forewing on both is hooked and each hind wing bears a short, pointed, backward-projecting tail. The wings are more or less uniformly orange brown with a dark margin. The third butterfly is folded and the underside of the wings mimic dead leaves  They range in size from 1 1/4 x 1 7/8 to 1 3/4 x 2 1/2.  VERSO: From top to bottom: " Anaea andria Oct. 2, 1929 Jefferson Barracks, Mo.
