Four (4) butterflies in a Riker Mount which is a thin, glass-topped, cotton-filled exhibition case. These range in size from 1 x 1 3/4 to 1 1/8 x 7/8. Scattered white scales in forewing black bar. Black pattern on tip of upper side of forewing. Dense green marbling on underside of hindwing. Verso: A dark pink stamp that has a box with the following information inside: "Collection of Clay Ward Inglewood-California NAME [line] on DATE [line] LOCATION [line]" In black handwritten ink on the NAME line: "Euchloe ausonides" In black handwritten ink on the DATE line: "Nov. 17, 1928" In black handwritten ink on the LOCATION line:"Berkley [sic] Calif."  In handwritten black ink "Large Marble"
