Three (3) butterflies in a Riker Mount which is a thin, glass-topped, cotton-filled exhibition case. They are arranged in one row.  The first has dark upper and hindwings. Hindwings have blue streaks.  The second butterfly has folded wings.  the underside is dark with lighter stripes and red on the inside edge of the wing.  the third butterfly has dark upper wings with lighter edges and heart-shaped marks on the inside upper wings.  Hindwings have blue stripes.  The inside corner of the hindwings are reddish pink in color with eyespots. They range in size from 2 1/2 x 2 3/4 to 3 x 4 3/8.  The top two butterflies are female and the second and third butterflies on the right column are also female.
