Ten (10) butterflies in a Riker Mount which is a thin, glass-topped, cotton-filled exhibition case. The top four butterflies are iridescent orange with a few brown spots and a brown and white thin border. They are all male. The next two butterflies are folded and are white with brown spots on upper wing. They are female. The bottom four is light orange with many brown spots and white border. They are all female. These range in size from 13/16 x 1 to 15/16 x 1 5/16.  Verso: A dark pink stamp that has a box with the following information inside: "Collection of Clay Ward Inglewood-California NAME [line] on DATE [line] LOCATION [line]" In black handwritten ink on the NAME line: "Heodes Chrysophanus" In black handwritten ink on the DATE line: "July 16, 1934" In black handwritten ink on the LOCATION line:"Snake Creek Canyon Wasatch Co., Utah "  In handwritten black ink "Sirius Copper".  Male and female symbols are stamped below in pink that correspond to the butterflies on recto.
