Glazed square tile decorated with central stylized beige flower over a light green background, encased in a dark green/brown square; four beige buds in each corner over dark green background; edged in a dark green/brown edge. Decoration is stamped in low relief, with color filling inside of indentations. On verso is stamped with seal of company and catalog number. Remains of glue from label on top left.
