Original drawing of a section of Oakland that shows what appears to be the convergance of Broadway and Webster St. at an acute angle. Moss Ave. forms the third side of that triangle. Lot frontages are shown on Webster St., Broadway, and Moss Ave. Presumably, the owners of the pieces of property are shown on each parcel; they include: Brayton, J. Mora Moss, Hathaway, Palmer, Biglow, Watsworth, Marchand, Flint, Potter, and Des Rochers. In order for the map to be accurate, one must hold it up to the lightand read from the verso, for it is drawn incorrectly. The title is in a Fraktur type style and is tinted dark blue.
