The map bears W.F. Boardman's signature [or stamp] and is dated May 19, 1893. The Scale is 60' = 1 inch. Oak St. as shown on this map is probably now called Haddon Rd. The names Day Tract and Watson Tract do not appear in the compilation "Tract List for Northern Alameda County" by Quentin.
