The area shown on this survey map contains an area just north of and east of the acute-angle convergance of College Ave. and Broadway. Lot 47 [Rock Ridge Park] is bounded by Clifton, Sumter, Stafford and Waldo Sts. Clifton is the southern boundary; it intersects Broadway just above the College Ave. spur to the northwest. This area now probably is part of the Claremont Country Club or the California College of Arts and Crafts.
