The area shown on the verso of this leaflet shows lots on Blair St. Edith St., Bellevue Ave., and Marion St. The area shown appears to be between the upper part of the triangle formed by Oakland Ave. and Broadway, near today's Harbord Dr., Estates Dr., Agnes St. and Florence St. "Fernwood," the residence of William J. Dingee is laid out at the upper right hand corner of the drawing. The residence of Chas. E. Livermore is also shown, near what was then called McAdam St. William J:. Dingee is offering the lots for sale, in tracts of from two to ten acres each. The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin dates the Piedmont Heights Tract at 1894.
