The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin dates the Herzog Tract offered by Olney & Farwell at 1879. The area shown on the map are the northeasterly intersections of Felton St., Alcatraz Ave. and Harmon St. with San Pablo Ave. The lots being offered are on San Pablo Ave., Herzog St., Idaho St., Baker St. and Lowell St. as well as those that face Felton St., Alcatraz Ave. and Harmon St. Part of this Tract is in present-day Berkeley. Olney & Farwell are cited as the agents.
