The second is the trapezoidal shaped piece of land at the convergance of West St. and Market St. between 7th and 8th Sts. The first area is the "...four acre-tract designated and known as No. 4 of the Gallagher Tract..." Maurice Dore & Co. is the listed real estate agent. H.A. Cobb is shown to be the auctioneer. Half of the title at the top of this item is missing.
