The area shown in this subdivision map is bounded by Telegraph Ave. on the west and Broadway on the East. Vassar St. is the northern boundary St. and College Ave. (not the current College Ave. in Oakland and Berkeley) is the southern boundary street. Holyoke and Ingham Sts. are the north-south streets which intersect Vassar St. and College Ave. The campus of the Female College of the Pacific is shown to be on College Ave. which intersects Broadway; it is the eastern portion of the tract. A lithograph of the principal campus structure is shown in an oval inset. "W.F. Boardman County Surveyer." The land area north of Vassar St. is identified as J. Mora Moss.
