The lots shown on this subdivision front on Railroad Ave. (7th St.), Eighth St., Taylor St. (9th St.), Chester St., Henry St., and Peralta St. It is stated that this portion of the Gibbons Property was filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of Alameda County, Dec. 16th, 1872. It is a trustees sale "in lots at public auction Saturday December 21st 1872." There is also a small inset index map showing the area at auction darkly shaded. Olney & Co. and Middleton & Son are the named real estate agents.
