The lots shown on this subdivision map are bounded on the west by San Pablo Ave. and Lowell St. on the east. Menlo Ave. is the southern boundary street and what is today probably 59th St. is the northern boundary street. Stanford St. (although not identified as such) transsects the area. There are many measurements and calculations, in pencil, scattered throughout the areas covered; in addition, all the street names (when street names are shown) are written in pencil. The lot delineations are, however, in ink. The area shown here is quite similar to that shown in record h69.38.1590.
