The area subdivided on the map is bounded on the west by Telegraph Ave. and on the east by Spring St. Maple St. is the southern boundary street and Lily St. is the northern boundary street. Canning St. (running north-south) bisects the subdivision. The streets which are parallel to Maple St. (east-west streets) are Cherry, Rose, and Thorn Sts. The only street names that have survived are Telegraph Ave. and Canning St. Maple St. is probably today either 58th or 59th St. and Lily St., 62d or 63d St. On [p.] 4 of this leaflet, there is an index map showing the subdivision darkly shaded. Each lot is offered for $250. The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin dates the Roberts & Wolfskill Tract at 1887. F.E. Mannel is shown to be the real estate agent. The first page of this leaflet has inset pictures of large, rather grand residences.
