The area of this subdivision is shown to begin several blocks south of the junction of University Ave. (now College Ave.) and Broadway, and then spread out in a generally northeastern direction. The subdivision "comprises 240 acres of the most beautifully diversified and fertile land, subdivided into 49 elegant villa lots..." The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin dates the Rock Ridge Park Tract at 1879 and 1907. Some highlights of the maps are: Asylum for Deaf Dumb & Blind, the Vernon Park Tract, the residence of H.P. Livermore, and the acreage of Chas. E. Livermore. The main map was drawn by Alfred Craven, C.E. Horatio P. Livermore and Taggart & Dingee are the real estate agents.
