The lots in this subdivision front on the following streets: Lake Shore Ave.), Brooklyn, Ave., Peralta Ave. (now Cleveland Ave.), Bay Ave. (probably Wesley Ave.), Howard St. (probably Haddon Rd.), and Terminus St. (probably Kenwyn Rd.). William Stuart is identified as the Secretary of the Homestead Association. W.F. Boardman is shown to be the surveyor of the subdivision. The area here is the same as that in h69.38.1695.
