The area confined to this tract is bounded on the west by Cypress St. and on the east by Kirkham St. The southern boundary is 14th St. and the northern boundary is 20th St. Cypress and Kirkham Sts. are parallel and one block apart. The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin lists this as the Scotcher[!] Tract. W.F. Boardman is shown to be the subdivider; McLean & Hardy are the cited real estate agents. Some of the lots have been hand tinted pink or green. An index map is also provided which shows the Scotchler Tract darkly inked.
