The area of this tract is bounded on the west by 64th Ave. and on the east by by Church St. The southern boundary street is Avenal Ave. (although not identified, as such) and the northern boundary street is Foothill Blvd. Arthur St. and Beck St. (now Bancroft Ave.) are the two east-west streets in the subdivision. The Southern Pacific Suburban Electric railroad runs along Beck St. The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin dates the Havenscourt Tract at both 1910, and 1914. The area of this subdivision is just north of that in h69.38.1702.
