Gift of Mr. William G. Boardman

The Huntington Tract is bounded on the west by High St. and on the east by Bay Ave. East 14th St. is the northern boundary street and east 9th St. is the southern boundary street. East 10th and east 12th Sts. transsect the subdivision from west to east. The north-south streets, in addition to the boundary streets are: Blaine Ave., Harrison Ave., Cleveland Ave., Austin Ave., Jackson Ave., and Calhoun Ave. William J. Dingee, and S.S. Austin are cited as the real estate agents. The area included in this subdivision is larger than that described in h69.38.1708, even 'though both are called the Huntington Tract. This brochure is printed in green ink on cream colored paper. It also includes an index map locating the tract. The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin dates the Huntington Tract at both 1889, and 1906.
