The Huntington Tract is bounded on the west by Belvedere or 58th Ave. and on the east by Jackson or 63d Ave. The northern boundary street is East 14th St. and the southern boundary street is probably now what is San Leandro Blvd. Included in the brochure are photographs of commercial buildings and houses in Hayward. E.M. Lynn is shown to be the general sales agent. The perspective map, showing trees, structures, and railroad lines, is accredited to Charles Green, Berkeley, Cal. "The beautiful forty-five acre tract of the Luther Burbank Company with the propagation of all its products is between Cherryland and Hayward." The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin does not include the Cherryland Tract. On the map, a piece of paper has been pasted over the Cherryland Tract, which shows the current names of the streets.
