The North Brooklyin Homestead Association Tract is bounded on the west by the County Road to Moraga Valley and on the east by a portion of Sausal Creek. The southern boundary street is called County Road and the northern bountry street is called Millbury St. Other north-south streets shown are Duncan, Cameron, and Dorente Sts. The other three north-south streets are Summit St., Becker St., and Gilman St. It would seem that some (or most) of the tract is now the site of the Central Reservoir. Fruit Vale Ave. and Sausal Creek are just east of the tract. An index map locates the tract as a lightly shaded area. The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin dates this tract at 1868.
