This collection of 4 maps of the Sather Estate Tract and its environs appears to show the evolution of plans for an Oakland city park. Each map is essentially identical with the exception of the use of different colored inks and varying calculations. Copies C and D indeed appear to be identical; in these 2 copies the tract has been divided into 3 parts, one of 80 75/100 acres, another of 150 acres, and the third with no acreage given. The "Tract List" compiled by Quentin does not list a Sather Estate Tract per se, but it does list a Sather Tract with the dates of 1893, and 1902.
